Due to the nature of digital downloadable products (such as source code, scripts, software, graphics, and themes), digital items cannot be physically "returned". However, we value customer satisfaction and offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

- Item is completely broken or non-functional: The product has fatal errors that prevent it from working as advertised and the author is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
- Item is materially different: The delivered files are substantially different from the product description and live demo.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a gateway error.
3. When Refunds Are Not Granted
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the source code.
- You lack the technical expertise required to install or use the software (where requirements were clearly stated).
- Your hosting server does not meet the specified minimum system requirements.
